Product is carefully packaged & sent with a business card in a manila envelope, so we generally are not concerned with the status of the item until it arrives. ► Returns & exchanges will be refunded in the manner they are received (paypal, credit card, etc.) HOWEVER the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

► A picture of any damaged merchandise will be required before any returns or refunds will be considered.

► If you see an item and would like a duplicate of it or an item made similar to that, please respect the fact that some items are one-of-a-kind, but we will try our best to make the product to meet up to your standards. ► For mass orders, we ask that when you place an order with us that you allow enough time for us to complete your order (send us an email with what you need and we will email you back when we're finished and with your bill) as custom orders are expected to take a bit longer.
